Great customer service and knowledge of products, not pushy

Neil was very attentive, and gave us all the information we needed, not easy with a toddler running about! He was very patient and processed our order very quickly.

We were looking for a new mattress but had no real idea which one we required. The salesperson explained the various forms of mattress filling and support as well as the colour coding that the store used to indicate firmness. We were encouraged to try out various mattresses and the advantages of each were given. When we decided to purchase the guarantee and delivery terms were carefully explained. At no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase. A very good shopping experience.

We were able to speak to one of your team as soon as we got to the store and asked about a product we had already looked at on the website. Your team member was able to take us straight to the product and was very knowledgable about the various options available. He was very friendly and efficient.

The member of staff who assisted us was very professional and friendly and good knowledge of the products.

When I shop for anything I like to be able to peruse the items but when I require help I don't want to wait ages for it. When I came to your store we were welcomed in and told that if we needed help please just ask. When I needed help it came straight away and the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in all a painless experience and that is what I required the purchase was quick and easy, if the delivery is as painless then I will be very happy.

Charles was extremely helpful & knowledgEable in helping us to choose the right base & mattress. We did not feel that we were being lead or sold to in any way.We did purchase Bed Cover as we feel it will be reassuring to know that is in place should anything happen to the bed in the future. We have recently dealt with Bensons (almost next door) & recieved extemely poor service. We purchased bed no 1 from the same store as today in (Southend) in July and were extremely pleased with the service. However, the other bed (bed 2 )we also purchased from Bensons at around the same time and it has never been right and we are returning it to them for a refund. We have had 4 damaged mattress deliveries to date. We will never deal with them again &wish that our second bed was also purchased from Dreams at Southend. However, todays purchase of bed no 3 went very smoothly & we are very much looking forward to taking delivery of it in February. A very professional service & we would be 100% happy to use you again and recommend you to friends &family.(Unlike Bensons) Thank you Charles for your help & advice today.
