The sales assistant Stanley was very helpful and knowledgeable and also injected humour into his sales pitch which put us at ease straight away. He answered every question perfectly no matter how silly some of our questions may have seemed. We have purchased 4 beds over the years from dreams and have never been disappointed. Very good service and helpful and friendly staff.

Very satisfied with the assistance we received and the friendly manner of the staff not being rushed and able to take our time and assured we made the right decision on our purchase.

The salesman was immediately giving us attention even though there was another customer in store. He dealt with both if us ok. He knew what we wanted (which was no longer produced) and found a suitable alternative within seconds. He gave us choices. He gave us enough technical information and explained things in language I could understand. He did not keep calling us sir or madam which I dislike.

The service we received was excellent from the salesman ( Stanley ). Not pushey just helpful and all told a pleasant experience. What he didn't know about beds isn't worth knowing

One of your colleagues approached us as we entered and asked whether he could help. We told him we had seen a bed online and he took us to it. Told us about it and left us to try it and look around. We decided the bed we looked at was for us and he came straight over and took us to his desk to take our order. I was impressed that he let the phone ring whilst he was dealing with us (one of my pet hates is sales people answering the phone in the middle of a conversation with you).

The assistant was very nice and helpful, he explained everything clearly and was a neice person
