Stanley was very understanding of our requirements and showed us several beds and bases, he was certainly very helpful indeed.

Lynn who served us was very accomodating and listened to our queries and requests for what we were looking for. The store manager was also very friendly, including offering my little girl (who was getting rather figety!) a biscuit! The whole process was explained very clearly and I am happy that I don't have to wait too long for delivery of our requested bed. Looking forward to delivery day!

We were given the opportunity to try out a range of mattresses and some guidance was given to us regarding the benefits of each of the range. There was no pressure regarding the sale and we were allowed to make our choice without undue pressure. Although we did not intend to spend as much as we did, after weighing up the differences, we decided that it was probably better to spend a bit more in the knowledge that what we were getting was probably better and would last longer.

I went to dreams at Southend airport retail Park . Looking to buy a new mattress with a temper in mind . I was approached by Stan when looking . And gave me all the information about this product .I was not pressured into buying this . And gave me as much time as need to make my choice . I would highly recommend this store and the friendly and helpful approach of there sales assistantStan .

After visiting many stores, I found the right support and advice from Lynn at your Rochford store ! She was extremely helpful and friendly even though she must have been tired as it was almost time to close! Lynn asked me which level of firmness I liked, and advised me when I said I preferred a soft mattress! Lynn, had a nice approach not too pushy with a warm smile!

Staff member Stanley for the 2nd time in 2 weeks was fantastic in service and product knowledge store manager Charles was also extremely helpful we wasn't so pleased with staff member Lynn who we found to be cold and unhelpful

Very easy, quick service from Paul. He did us a good deal on the bed we wanted and we were in and out to fm the who quickly which is how I like it.

Paul at Southend Airport Retail Park was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable on the mattresses i was enquiring about, he was understanding of my needs and helped me find the mattress for my requirements. Placing my order was simple, giving me options throughout the sale.

Friendly helpful staff, I mentioned I had seen the mattress cheaper else where and she informed me immediately they would price match
