The sales man was knowledgeable of the products which made it easier when we knew what we wanted. He answered all the questions that was asked professionally and it's thanks to him that I have no problem recommending Dreams.

Excellent service from polite and knowledgeable service assistant who made us feel welcome and important without the normal over the top "pushiest" you can experience in most other stores which makes you feel uneasy and normally leads me to leave sharply.

Stan was very helpful and friendly. We visited the store twice to test the bed and ensure we were happy with our choice. Stan helped us for ages on our first visit and explained all about the bed, delivery, guarantee, etc. When we walked in the store a few weeks later he remembered us but we would have sought him out if he hadn't seen us first. On the second visit he went through everything again, ensuring we were happy but not applying pressure on us to buy. This was lovely, we felt like he wanted to help us make the right choice for us, not just make a quick sale and move on. The 'no pressure' technique should definitely be adopted by more furniture showrooms!

The staff member that helped us with our order (Neil at Southend) was very helpful. He processed our order quickly and explained everything we were very impressed his level of customer service.

We had an idea of what we wanted and the price we could afford and the sales staff bent over backwards to help us. Neil was outstanding.

From the moment we walked into the store the staff were both helpful and polite, never pushing and allowed us time to speak in private as to the best prices ( we had visited a nearby competitor to compare) we were offered coffee, and even allowed to use the staff loo as we are both of a certain age. In all a relaxing experiance,we layed on the beds to test them and were never put under pressure to buy, although we did decide to buy two divans and a double mattress. Well looked after by your store and staff.
