Dreams - Southend

We were not approached immediately or hassled, as in some stores. The assistant only approached when I indicated I needed assistance and then stood back whilst we made decisions, and we did not feel pressured at all. Very refreshing.

Charles welcomed us as we entered the store. He listened to our needs then showed us the products that would benefit us. He also got us to try other products to confirm we were happy with our choice. He could answer any questions with confidence and made the transaction very easy.

I was served promptly and politely, there was a good range to choose from and the price was within my budget.
