The product was just what I was looking for and the salesperson adjusted the price to match the online offer. Sale was completed very quickly and efficiently as I had limited time available and the store was just about to close for the evening.

From walking into the store I was greeted by Stanley, a superb sales assistance. A total credit to your company. He knew the product well and could not ha even any more helpful from start to finish. Shopping with children can be difficult but he engaged with my girls and they thought he was great!!

Served by a very helpful employee and able to get quick delivery.

I had to replace our existing double bed with two singles but with mattress for only one base as my Husband required a special mattress from the NHS which only came in a single size. The assistance was most helpful with our needs. She took all details of goods I had chosen and I was enable to confirm and make payment over the phone once I had managed to get rid of our old bed.

When we entered the store we were approached by a man called Neil. He was super friendly and asked us if we needed any help. He was understanding of our needs and gave us some time to talk over our options as well as coming back in the right amount of time to see if he could help some more. He answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently covering all aspects of the questions and giving us as much detail as possible without being boring. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Overall the store was very well presented all of the beds looked clean and tidy. Overall very impressed! THANK YOU NEIL :)

The staff were not overbearing - I was a little concerned before we visited the shop (this was my first visit) that we would be pounced upon by a member of staff and hounded. But this wasn't the case. We were assisted by Paul, who once we started to look at the mattresses and try them out, came over and explained about the different colour coding and then he left us to it but stayed relatively (but not intrusively) close so that I could get his attention when I had questions. I liked this approach.

Stanley, The man who served us was very helpful and informative and he helped us decide what was the right mattress and base for us to purchase.

The staff member Stanley was very understanding and aproachable. He gave us a breakdown of each type of bed and colours and what was best in our price range. He made the experience very enjoyable and stress free and would recommend people to buy through him as he was very knowledgeable.

Lynn was very helpful and gave good advice on choosing a bed to suit our small room and for storage .
