We were impressed that both me and my wife were not 'hassled' whilst we were looking at the products in the store. The information that we got from Dreams sales assistant (Neil) about the products purchased was extremely useful. He was very knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in and very helpful regarding the delivery dates of the items that we purchased. Thank you .

The lady assisting was helpful without being intrusive, knew what she was talking about and found me a mattress perfectly fitting my needs.

Our assistant was Stan and he was brilliant! We have two young children who were clearly bored and he not only gave us all the information we needed to make a good purchase he also entertained the kids! Excellent customer service - and my daughter was even given a lollipop!!

Your salesperson, Paul, was extremely helpful - he took time to explain different types of mattress, listen to my needs and answered my questions honestly and knowledgably.

Neil was attentive but not intrusive, being available for questions when I needed him but allowed me privacy and time to try out the mattresses without making me feel awkward, no standing over me or hard sell whilst trying them out. Did not feel pressured to buy and his friendly easy going manner made the whole experience stress free and easy to choose. My mattress is the best purchase I have made in a long time.
