Dreams - Southend

I was offered tea/coffee at the outset, most welcomed. The help offered felt felt quite genuine_ without being pushy of over bearing. All my concerns were dealt with and knowledgeably. The mattress finally purchased was substantially more money than I had intended and indeed was offered the, try out and see 40 day option on a lower price item, proving the sales assistance, genuine need to reach my satisfaction rather than a higher priced item.

My wife and I were satisfied that we had made the right choice after talking to the sales man.

Stanley advised us to visit lakeside store to view the Kelso sofa bed as not one in the southend store, which we did but was disappointed we were not approached by any member of staff even after spending 20 mins looking at the product . We returned to the Southend store and had excellent service by Stanley , he apologised for the lack of service we had received , he took an interest in the conversation about out decorating , Stanley showed us the furniture in the store where ended up we ordering the Kelso plus a set of bedroom drawers.

Knowledgeable Assistant who was available but not intrusive.

Excellent service with the staff memebers showing an excellent knowledge of their products, we knew exactly what we wanted before visiting the store and after a chat with the staff member he helped us find it, talking us patiently through the specific mattresses that would suit our requirements and then explaining everything we wanted to know about the bed frames. We have come away knowing that we have the right products and with huge savings on the day we have peace of mind that we have invested wisely. We have even managed to arrange a convenient delivery that works for us. Can't thank the staff member enough for his help.

Sales assistant was excellent. Good knowledge of products.

Stanley was patient and knowledgeable but not pushy. He was approachable and not false. The quality of the beds were far better than Benson's.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure sales either.
