Dreams - Southend

The salesperson was extremely helpful his name was Neil and as this was a big order he went through it thoroughly to make sure it was exactly what we needed.

we were serviced today by Stan...we had two children with us whom are 6 & 3 and was very patient with the children to, we would defo highly recommend coming back to Dreams for further orders due to Stan being very professional in his job and very friendly towards us with no pushing on buying products. He was a fantastic salesman and clear on everything we were after, with this in mind we bought a complete bedroom suite and paid straight away......would defo be coming back in the future :-)

Well lynn the sales rep was very friendly , the bed we were looking at was in the easter 20% off sale so we were very happy with the price

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and recommended different mattresses to try based on my needs and budget.

quick, professional shop staff who explained everything and then gave us time to test the mattresses. Offered tea and coffee but did not harass us at all.

I was delighted because I was able to match the items required with those I had purchased 5 years previously. Not only was the match perfect but they were in a sale which made them more desirable at the price required. The assistant was able to direct me straight to what was required. And the purchasing experience was an absolute delight.

Stanley at the Southend airport branch was very knowledgeable and helpful, not too pushy by trying to sell you the most expensive bed, but giving you advice on what you were looking for. The price we paid £1000 for the bed was really good and it seems a really good quality product, very sturdy. The store was well laid out and signage was very clear. My only gripe is I couldn't have it delivered more quickly, but three weeks is not long really for a bed made to order.

Stanley helped us with our purchase and he was very knowledgable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us to choose the right mattress based on our needs. We will be returning to the store soon to by additional mattresses for our children.
