Staff are friendly and professional but allow you to look in peace. Store was well laid out and clean. Buying was easy and we were walked through any questions we may have had.

The store was easy to navigate and i found it easy to find the mattress i wanted as they were colour coded. We were helped with our search. They had alot of knowledge on the beds which helped me todecide which one i wanted

I have purchased a bed previously from Dreams and have been so happy with the mattress I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I find the staff at Dreams to be very helpful as was Paul today also the store manager who dealt with my payment and delivery date. The store is always inviting, bright and clean. I would like to think that Dreams as a company take care of their staff as they shine and give Dreams a good name.

The salesman understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me the various options. He allowed me to take my time in choosing the most comfortable bed that suited my needs. I didn't find him to be pushy as sales people often can be, just friendly and helpful. The product I purchased was exactly what I was hoping to buy when I entered the store. I also purchased my previous bed at Dreams and the service then was very good too, hence I will always return or recommend the store to others.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable of the goods, courteous and extremely helpful. The goods were exactly what we wished for and delivery was within the week.
