Good customer service. Collection of old bed whilst delivering the new. We bought our last bed at Dreams, however we did shop about before buying at the store in Southend this time. Neil, the assistant was really well versed in the products and really made the difference.

The assistant who served me, LYNN, we extremely professional with a thorough product knowledge. She was very attentive without being overbearing, extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome to the store. Her handling of my visit, and subsequent purchases, was top notch and made my visit to the store to purchase a bed and mattress very satisfying. LYNN deserves any recognition the Dreams may wish to give her, she is by far the most professional and welcoming assistant it has been my pleasure to experience. Very well done to LYNN.

We were not thinking of making the purchase on that date, but we were very happy with the knowledge of the staff that served us and the price was very competitive. The staff was caring and not pushy to get the sales through which persuade me to buy the product there and then. We knew about the product already and its warranty and after sale service which again persuade us to go for that brand. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience at Dreams.

Not visited the store before but we were happy with Dreams as soon as we entered. The salesman was there to greet us as soon as we got there & talked us through the whole experience. Very knowledgable & friendly.

On entering the store, we were approached to see if we needed any help, at the time we didnt so he store assistance left us alone to walk around. when we did need to understand the different beds and the colours this was explained. we were then encouraged to try the different beds
