Staff always polite and helpful. Have returned several times now for various bedding items.

We hard little knowledge of what mattress we wanted. The shop assistance, Neil, talked through all the options and was not at all pushy. He was attentive and answered questions when we had them.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly salesman who did not pressure us in anyway he was friendly, informative and approachable plus the products we were searching were exactly what he showed us!We also went into the shop with our 2 young boys who ate very lively and they did not phase him at all!which made our whole buying experience more pleasurable!

Dealt with a gentleman called Stan he had a friendly approach and not the typical sales type you normally get in other stores it was most refreshing and put us at ease

I visited the store for the first time on 13th April but did not have enough time to make a full decision. I was however assisted by a most knowledgeable and friendly sales person called Stanley. He listed to my requirements, guided me to appropriate products and thoroughly described the products to me. I told him that I would not be making an immediate decision that day as I had insufficient time but this in no way diminished his interest in helping me. Because of his excellent customer service I returned today without bothering to check out mattresses at any other suppliers. When I returned to day unfortunately Stanley had his day off but two other employers stepped in to help me at the same time assuring me that the sale would be credited to Stanley. I made my decision by lying on several mattresses for about 7 minutes each and when my decision was made Charles assisted me very efficiently in processing my order. These staff are a credit to your company.

The assistant neil was very knowledgeable about the bed, which help on what one to choice and buy. we were looking for also had plenty of information on mattresses
