It was a quick and easy process, I was buying a bed for my daughter and the staff were very friendly and kind

There was a good selection of mattresses in store to choose from with varying prices. The assistant was informative and very patient. We were allowed to view at our own pace and without constant supervision, but the assistant was always on hand to answer any questions we may have had & to offer any advice.

The shop assistant was very good - gave us general guidance and directions, and then let us look around without being interrupted or pressured - whilst always being available to answer our questions - not always easy to get that right

The assistant was very informative and friendly which made choosing our item stress free

we was given the opportunity to experience the comfort of each mattress , we was given a talk by assistant Neil on each product , firmness etc... and was encouraged to try each product of choice , assistant was very friendly and good with his knowledge of mattress,s and confident , but wasnt pushy with sales
