Stanley was a great help he did not rush or push us into anything and gave lots of information he made it a enjoyable experience

The communication by the staff member Lynn was excellent. Did not hurry or pressurize us. Nothing was too much trouble in assisting us with considering our choice. The layout of the store was such that we could inspect the goods in comfort, even over a cup of coffee. In all a pleasing experience.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses, listened to my criteria and gave very helpful advice. He was calm, didn't rush, very pleasant/friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that I made the correct decision in choosing the right mattress for me, which made it a good experience. His name was Paul.

We were seen straight away and was explained everything, stan sold us more items but in a good way he didnt make us feel pressured

The customer service was brilliant they were there straight away helping me with any issues I had and still let me have some space whilst looking so I didn't fee crowded and overwhelmed to buy something on that specific day. The staff made me and my family feel welcome and didn't seem phased with any questions we asked which was perfect as we ask a lot of questions the staff made me feel confident with my purchase very happy with the service I was given will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Charles the salesperson was attentive but not intrusive. I find this important as I hate being set upon the second I walk in a shop.

Great range of products. Paul was very helpful. couldn't have asked for more.

Prompt friendly service helped narrow our choice ( new orthopaedic pillow), both of which were given to us to try on a mattress similar to our own ( this information having been ascertained by the salesman). Good service all round.
