Dreams - Southend

Mother-in-law had broken her hip and I needed to order 2 single beds and mattresses for the downstairs bedroom in preparation for her return home. I told the gentleman what I needed and he immediately pointed me in the right direction, helped me compare mattresses and advised on the best quality for my budget. He showed great knowledge of the products and understood just what I needed. I'd had a very stressful week and ordering beds was the last straw but it turned out to be the easiest and least stressful point. Unfortunately we couldn't get them delivered any earlier but the salesman went through various possibilities and did his very best.

Stanley the sales assistant was very helpfull, told us all our options encoureged us to try the beds to see if they met our needs. Explained everything very clearly and was very pleasant without being to pushy. We would be happy to shop at this store again.

i am aggrophobic.and as son as i walked in door the man was ver helpful and quick.as i was having a panic attack.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable without being to pushy and allowed us to take the time to discuss the purchase, he was polite and courteous throughout the sale.

Unlike some sales persons who won't give you any space, we received excellent attention, was well informed, but got the balance right and gave us space to discuss the options of a possible purchase on our own.

The Shop staff were friendly and informative. I did scout around other stores to by a bed but it was the friendly nature of your store staff near Southend Airport which brought me back to purchase the item.

Paul helped us to explore all the different ranges of products and was extremely helpful giving us time to make out decision and not being pushy about which to go for. He was also really patient when we changed our mind and wanted to look at alternative products.

Staff very helpful

Staff most helpful and listen to what we required and was available to assist when we needed them but did not pressure us. The salesman who served us was informative and explained all the paper work, delivery procedures and I would rate his performance 9 out of 10
