I wanted a new bed but was unsure which mattress would be suited for myself, Paul the shop assistant came to assist me me and was extremely helpful and knowledgable reassuring me with my purchase.

The assistant was very attentive and worked hard to comply with my short timescales for delivery and helped come up with various options to make it happen

Walked into the store with only a vague idea of the mattress that I required. The Colleague, Paul, could not have been more helpful in assisting me to the right choice without pressurising me. Having made my choice the order was put through accurately and speedily. A thoroughly good shopping experience and I am looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress next week. We went looking for a new mattress, and were given good guidance on types, degree of firmness, etc. before being encouraged to try as many as we wanted. When we decided that we would go for a new base as well, the salesperson was equally helpful. What really impressed us was his sense of discretion: there when we clearly needed information or advice, but never 'in our faces'.

The help we received was very helpful and needed by the assistant Stanley. He ticked all the boxes as a salesman. We was made very welcome and relaxed by his manner and personality. We walked out with a smile our face and was happy with our purchase. Well done the staff and thank you.

Stan the salesman was very polite and informative and encouraged us to not just sit on the beds but lie down. He was not pushy or intrusive and allowed us time to make our minds up.
