Almost immediately upon entering the shop, Charles, the manager came over to help my wife and I. He asked what we were looking for and if we'd been to Dreams before. We explained that no, this was our first visit to Dreams and that we were looking for a firm mattress. He explained the variety of mattresses available, pointed out a few, and left us to try them out. He subsequently brought over some pillows for us (which we ended up buying as well). We were in the shop for no more than 15 minutes, and left extremely satisfied.

I went to a different bed shop prior to Dreams and was not impressed with the staff, their apparent lack of knowledge and avaiabilty of goods. I visited Dreams and was impressed with stock availabilty and knowledge of the saleman.

THE SALES PERSON ALEX WAS WELL INFORMED AND EDUCATED US ON OUR PURCHASE. SPENT TIME GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH OUR SHORTLIST.

The assistant was on hand to help us with advice and suggestions. He wasn't pushy and gave us space to think about the purchase. Without being asked, he looked into the availability of a bed in an alternative colour fabric as he had listened to our conversation about the colour scheme of our bedroom.

Paul at the southend store took time to understand the needs and wishes and gave *useful* suggestions and input towards the decision on which mattress to purchase. Something many sales advisors sadly fail to provide.
