My partner and I entered the store looking for a new bed and new matress. Stan approached us asking if we needed any help, he talked us through the different matresses and helped us choose. It was nice as he wasn't too pushy for a sale and was honest about products. We had earlier been into bensons and felt like their customer service was nothing on yours at dreams which is why we returned today and placed our order with you. Very satisfied with the order process and your 0% finance. All in all a very good shopping experience.

The sales assistant was very helpful in explaining all the different products to us. He understood our budget and did not try and push us over it - showing us items within our range and offering other options.

Very helpful. Moved furniture around to help me make my mind up. Went away and brought my husband back. Service was excellent both times even though I made it clear I would not purchase until I had returned with my husband. Changed our minds on what we wanted. This was not a problem very helpful.
