Not only were we greeted at the door, but we were shown around the showroom at the different options we had that suited our needs. When we came back several days later, we were able to speak to the same colleague who helped us before and he went through everything with us. Also the price was absolutely amazing and we were even offered a cup of tea as well which went nicely as we had our 13 week old baby with us and a hot cup of tea is a rarity! Well done Dreams :)

we didnt really know our best options,but thanks to an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff member by the name of Alex we ended up buying a complete bed and matrress instead of the mattress that we went in to the store for.

Upon arriving at the store myself and my partner were unsure of what we wanted. We looked around the store and found a few bed frames we were interested in and were aimlessly walking around the store unsure on what mattress would suit us best. A lovely gentleman named Charles approached us and asked if we would like any help, we explained our predicament and he advised on the best mattress for us within our price range and compared to others. Charles was very helpful in our visit and left us to make a decision, once we had made this decision we approached Charles and he assisted us with making our order he was very informative and knew what he was talking about he explained each part to us and answered any questions. We left very happy with our order and were grateful for the assistance and brilliant customer service we received from Charles!

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being to intrusive.

Alex served us and gave valuable information. He also showed patience while we compared prices etc with another store close by. Although the price was cheaper at the other store we chose dreams because of the free delivery and disposal of old bed service plus the in store service.

I couldn't fault the service I was given, they were so helpful. The person I was served by Neil couldn't have been more helpful. He knew exactly what my husband and I wanted.i would recommend Dreams everytime. Thank you.
