MANAGER CHARLES AT THE SOUTHEND STORE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL . NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE SHOWING US ALL OUR OPTIONS SO WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE OUR PURCHASE SO MUCH EASIER
