Entered store, staff not pushy, member of staff approached (Stanley) when we needed assistance, very knowledgeable, gave full details of particular products in which we were interested and gave us plenty of time to deliberate. Good experience.

I just got what I asked for

Very friendly, professional staff. Listened to our requirements and immediately shiwer is the best options for our needs. They weren't at all pushy, made us feel very relaxed, without pressuring us to purchase. Lovely, happy people!

Excellent customer service

I personally like the way he had all the information I needed as I asked but more importantly no waffle. Stanley 057 gave us time to talk and consider our buying options. Absolutely loved the demonstration on the Manhattan's strength of the drawers when Stuart stood inside it. That was probably the main selling point to buying the bed. I wish more shop assistants were like him attentive but not pushy, informative but not over selling.

The member of staff who helped us - Stanley - was friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable. He did not pressure us into making a purchase and was very honest with his responses to all of our questions. The store (Southend on Sea) was very clean and well laid out, making it simple to find our way around. We were encouraged to take our time and try as many beds as we liked - we were never rushed or made to feel like just another sales figure.

Charles was highly impressive firstly with the friendly welcome on entering the store, continuing with ideas using his knowledge without being pushy. From measuring to moving items around on the display to give us a far clearer idea of what our bedroom would look like, he was highly impressive.
