The friendly assistant, Stan, his knowledge of the products and his efforts to provide what I wanted at a price I could afford. Although he made "statements" about the mattress and your services, as all salesmen would do, they were immediately followed by an explanation of them making the whole thing seem more like a conversation than a presentation. A skill he should be complimented on.

Plenty of choice. Staff available to advise on products but didn't hound us. No pressure to buy which made us feel comfortable taking our time and asking questions as necessary

I visited the store a second time as I had to be sure the bed i wanted was going to fit. Paul the first sales man from the southend branch was helpful and kind did not pressure me and made me wanting to place a order. Once I had checked the size I went back and was served by the Manager, Charles. He recognised me from my first visit and was kind and helpful throughout the visit. I got exactly what I wanted and he gave me a little extra what was really pleasing. I would recommend the southend branch to anyone wanting to buy a bed.

The man serving (Neil) was very efficient, he was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped answer my questions but I did not feel forced to purchase or under any pressure.

I was looking to purchase 3 beds, and wasn't sure what to buy. the sales rep approached me quickly, I told him what I was looking for, and he directed to the items. He knew all the prices off by heart, I was impressed. There was no pressure to buy. He gave me a quote and the next day I went back to purchase the beds.

The sales man Stanley was great. Took his time to understand what we wano or need. Give us few options so we can decided what was better for us. It was fast as can be.

The assistant Stanley was knowledgable without being over pushy-there was quite a good choice of items, we never felt pressurised and was given time to decide. Regarding value for money only time will tell, I would recommend this store to friends.
