Charles at Southend was really helpfull and answered any questing we had. He made some good suggestions which assisted us in finding our perfect bed. We didn't feel under pressure to make a purchase, there was no rush...which made the process highly satisfactory.

The gentleman who helped me was so understanding & knowledgeable. Also the two gentlemen Steve & Terry who delivered my bed where fantastic with everything rangeing from the moment they started until they left putting my divan together etc. Could not ask for better workmen.

The two salesmen who dealt with us - Paul and Charles - were excellent; helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't apply any pressure at all but helped us decide between the different mattresses we were looking at. Really exemplary customer service - how it should be done! We also received a free mattress protector and free Saturday delivery with our order which was excellent. The value for the product was also great and much better than elsewhere.

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable, took plenty of time to try & find a mattress to meet our needs. nothing was too much trouble.

We entered the store not really knowing what we were after and what we were looking for. My partner being pregnant has been quite fussy recently and finds it difficult to get comfortable on a mattress, however Stanley came along and made everything very easy. He went through the various types of mattresses on offer and guided us through trying them out thoroughly until we were happy with the one we eventually chose and bought. He gave us his time, his knowledge and any space we needed to discuss our purchase, an all rounded salesman. We did plan to visit the Bensons Beds store 100m down the road, however Stanley was the sole reason we did not even visit that store, but instead went home to measure and return a few hours later to complete the order. Would recommend Southend Dreams Store solely based on this alone, and look forward to receiving our new bed next month.
