Great salesman not pushy knew his stuff

We were unsure with regards to the type of mattress to purchase with the help from the staff member understanding our requirements helped us to decide and finally purchase the mattress

Charles and his assistant on the day were very attentive and knowledgable without being annoying. It was an extremely hot day and we were provided with a cold drink each which was very appreciated. We were given information about different mattresses and assisted when required but equally left alone to make the decision about what product to go for. Didn't feel pressurised or followed around.

The salesman was very informative and pointed every aspect of the different beds available and hopefully have chosen the right way ne.

Staff member very helpful and friendly. Second time have been to this store and both times been very happy with the service.
