We were seen immediately, staff knowledgeable, we are disabled and the were kind and helpful, even gave us a drink.

Stanley at Southend Airport Store was very pleasant and helpful It was a pleasure to be served by someone who obviously is a people person who enjoys his job.

The Dreams Colleague was Paul, he was very welcoming, fully understood what we were looking for (ie: I have severe arthritis) and gave us quite a range of beds to choose from. He then left us to look and choose, with no pressure. All the time he was cheerful and friendly and very helpful, as were other members of staff. A real 'Dream' !!! of a visit and we came away with having purchased the full bed and base instead of just the mattress we went in for!! Thank you.

Neil was informative and friendly and offered advice on the mattress we ordered. He was polite without being pushy and allowed us time to make our decision. He very clearly explained all the terms regarding the 100 nights offered with the product.

Very friendly staff who appreciated that we needed to weigh up options and also that we would check competitior stores. At no point did they try to pressurise us into a sale.

I found member of staff very informative had a very good persnality the goods we baught were very exceptable to a high standard I would certainly go back to that store again

We were made to feel welcome but with no pressure. We were shown the mattresses, given a cup of coffee and left to try the beds and discuss amongst ourselves. I said that's the one I like but am not prepared to pay that price so was shown something comparable but cheaper which we bought.

the computers were down when I initially arrived to place the order. Paul the salesmen explained to me that he could take my order manually and then enter it on the computer. he apologised. As he was taking the order the computer system started up and he apologised again for messing me around. He also explained why he could not provide at the time of the visit a green bag for current mattress but explained how I could order one. Paul the salesmen was very helpful and polite
