Dreams - Southend

The man serving us was very attentive but not at all pushy. He encouraged us to take our time but helped us with our questions. The colour coding was easy to understand and the prices were clear. We went to another bed shop nearby and the display of beds was completely random and the prices were difficult to read.

We went to look at one specific matress as my son has the same one. the assistant explained all the different colour codes and pointed out where other matresses of the same type were. We were not pushed to buy but were given time to browse

The sales consultant Paul was incredibly patient with me as I was walking with a crutch and it was gone 7pm. I did find it Frustrating that there was no disabled friendly provisions ie a lift. I wanted to see the bed I was buying. Paul gave me ample time to get up and down the stairs and was very considerate. He was professional and most certainly knew his stuff. Most impressed. I haven't actually taken order of the bed yet so I'm hoping it's as good as your salesman states.

We were able to try beds for comfort. We weren're sure wether we needed medium or firm so this helped a lot. The product choice was very good and the service was very good.

The sales staff were very helpful and friendly. They expained the difference between each product and were able to answer any questions we had.

On this visit and with our previous visit to look we were offered professional assistance and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact Stan forego his tea break to come and give us advice and assistance. On the day of order Charles was of equal help as was his colleague Paul.
