The Assistant Stanley knew his subject and was extremely helpful to our specific need. I.e back problem, therefore needing a suitable bed. Went to a lot of trouble and did not hassle us whilst looking around and he answered our questions with a friendly manner

Full explanation of the beds available and the quality. We were invited to try the bed advised that we had 40 days to change our mind once the bed had been delivered should we find the mattress not suitable. We were advised that should we change our mind and chose a dearer model we would have to pay the extra amount. Stanley, was very professional and knowledgeable in his assistance and we did not feel we were being pressurised in any way.

I was attended to as soon as I entered the store. The assistant was helpful. He showed competent knowledge of the stock and where to find what I was looking for. He was able to offer alternatives so that I had a choice in my selection.
