on my visit to your southend airport store I was served by Stanley he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and easy to talk to. he completely understood my needs due to a bad back and fibromyalgia. I would highly recommend your store and Stanley to anyone who is looking for a bed or mattress. thank you very much for a great experience

Great help from Paul who was friendly and informative without being too pushy. Went in to buy a mattress but also decided to purchase a divan and headboard as well due to great service and quality products. Assembly team slightly let you down as one of the screws for the headboard I have noticed is missing.

I was seen by a charming man, Paul, who was consise and friendly with a sense of humour. He assessed, very quickly my needs and let me try several beds in a sensible order of eliminiation. I felt like Goldilocks and the Three bears trying beds that were either too hard, too soft or just right! No porridge though!! Many thanks.
