My son bought a mattress a couple of months before and recommended the shop. He came with me to chose my mattress. We found the same man as before, Charles, who was very helpful.

Sales assistant Paul was excellent. He showed exactly the right balance between helping us and giving us space to make our own decisions. He was knowledgeable and is a credit to your company.

Salesman Alex was friendly and professional but not pushy. Knew the product well and took time to listen to our needs. A great asset to your company and made a visit to the store a pleasant experience.

As soon as we walked into the store we were welcomed by Neil who asked us what product we required and then explained all the different types and qualities on display. We were also told that we could try the mattress out and were given pillows to suit our needs. The delivery of our purchase was conducted as Neil had explained and carried out by Rich and Craig at the time (to the dot) that they had previously phoned in. Over all the whole time with Dreams was conducted in and received in a very professional way.

Alex, who served us, was immediately friendly and helpful. He made sure to understand our needs, our budget and suggested several options - explaining all of them thoroughly and how they suit our needs. When it came to making a final decision, he was clear and informative without making us feel like we were being pushed in any direction and made us feel comfortable with our final choice of product. He was clear about additional options and cover whilst again not making us feel pressurised in any way. He was keen to re-assure us at all times that we were making the right choice and I am very happy with the end result. We would happily and readily recommend Dreams and Alex to anyone we know who is looking to purchase a new bed.

Me and my husband had a very good experience at dreams. Worker paul was fantastic! Came away very happy with an ourder in place :) and we even got offered a drink.

Very friendly,knowledgeable but not pushy Salesperson, Stanley. He made us feel at ease and helped us purchase our new bed. Good selection of competitively priced quality merchandise. Big help able to choose delivery when we wanted it,on the day we wanted. looking forward to sleeping on our new bed.
