Helpful sales person without pressure

We were greeted by Stanley in the store .He explained the colour coding of the beds.and explained the way the beds were made and the different types of firmness of the beds He was one of the most professional sales assistant I have come across. I wasn't pushy as some sale staff are. We ended up buying a better and higher price bed than the frist one we were shownot plus to tempur pillows,but we didn't mind as we didn't feel that it was a hard sale. He asked for the order,but we didn't really go out to buy a new mattresses(only a kettle). We were so impressed I went home and went back within half hour a paid for the mattress. Stanley is a credit to the company. Well done Dreams

I knew what I wanted when entering the store but as it wasn't my local store I didn't know where to look. A man approached and offered help. He lead me over to where the pillows were. Showed me the one I was after and offered to try it out on the beds if I would like. Very helpful and not pushy. Can't stand pushy sales people! The price I aid for a pillow should mean I don't need to go back for a good few years lol but I will return when necessary and would highly recommend.

The Sales man Paul was very polite helpful and knew his products. Neil was also very helpful with my husband . We where also both offered drinks.

I WAS DEALT WITH BY A VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE SALESMAN. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AT ALL TIMES.

Everything was made easy for me.

Very helpful staff but took a while to get finance agreed from barclays about 1 and a half hours staff very apologetic and helpful offering coffee etc. Very good staff in store

I don't like having to go into stores to purchase any product, but with a mattress it is imperative to make sure I purchase my exact requirements. I was pleasantly surprised to find that your excellent representative Stanley was superb, knowledgeable and easy to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble, I was given time and any query I had was answered without any hesitation, making the whole process extremely pleasurable. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience of visiting your store
