The colleague was very helpful and informative (Stan). Once Dreams matched a competitors price the order was placed with Dreams because of the service offered by this particular person.

As a first time buyer at the age of 21, I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but the assistant couldn't be more helpful, knew exactly what I needed, and took my budget into consideration.

The gentleman who served us was very informative and helpful and gave all the information we required efficiently and with no hassle.

The sales assistant Stanley was very knowledgeable on the beds and explained everything in a clear any friendly way. A great buying experience.

At first Luke gave us all the information we needed regarding the bed we were looking at. On our return Stanley took over and again offered us a high level of service. Knowledge of products was great, product quality and price were appealing and our customer service experienced was extremely positive. Stanley explored all possible options for us, put us at ease and we left with the shop very happy with our purchase. Overall a great shop and great customer service!

The assistant came to us as soon as we entered store but in a friendly way not selling way! Product knowledge was excellent as were his communication skills.

Stanley, who served me, as soo as I came into the shop, was so friendly, understood exactly what I wanted, and recommended, the beds for me to try, he said take your time, got me the best pillow in the world, which I will definatly be back to buy, I have been to a few shops and tried a lot of beds, but did not receive the kindness, information, and helpfulness I got from Stanley, we even had a few laughs, which was great, I would highly recommend this shop to anybody, brilliant idea, that I get 40 nights trial, that goes a long way, not many shops do that, the service was second to none, BRILLIANT.
