The ease to finding a new bed and mattress wasnso simple, I thought the whole experience would be daunting but not at all, it was narrowed down to a few choices quite quickly.

Staff member (Kelly) was extremely diligent in acknowledging my requirements and directed me to exactly the right product for me.

Paul, our assistant, was immediately welcoming, courteous and polite. He didn't try to be pushy with sales patter but listened carefully to our requirements and then helped us find the bed and mattress that would best suit us. He was very patient and there was no sense if us being rushed into making any decisions.

Kelly spent time listening to my complaint about my existing mattress, understanding the issues with it. She then sanitised the Smart Tech bed in front of me and explained it's use. I was offered a drink. After the Smart Tech analysis, she then spent time showing me the various bed recommended and insisted I took my time trying each, not just hop-on-hop-off. Having selected the one I liked best, she left me to spend time lying on both sides and back and instructed me again to take as long as I needed. Once I had made a decision, she then spent time going through the purchase (at no time did she push me to purchase anything, which would have put me off). A highly professional Assistant Manager whom I have recommended to my family who are also looking to buy a new bed.

From the moment we walked into the store Jake gave us his full attention. He offered us the use of the bed which dreams use to help with the choosing of a suitable mattress. He then showed us some mattresses which would be suitable for us. We chose a mattress and he arranged the delivery on a day which suited us. Jake was professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He gave us time to decide which mattress we wanted and he was never pushy which is something we dislike. We would go back to Dreams for any further bed purchases and Thank Jake for his well mannered approach.

When we entered Dreams Southend we were greeted by Paul who was extremely helpful from start to finish. We were looking for a new bed and mattress and not only was Paul’s knowledge impressive but he also gave us the space we needed when trying the mattresses and having a look around the shop.
