we have a specific remit and the sales person was very helpful in identifying products that meet this requirement. having provided appropriate information we were then given private space to discuss before making final decision. No hard sell which it great. really helpful re: delivery dates and the process

Very friendly, knowledgeable member of staff (served by Neil) He answered all our queries with ease and nothing was too much trouble. We were made a coffee whilst we waited for the payment desk to be available. We would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family bad on our experience today. Looking forward to receiving our purchases, and hope the rest of the experience is as just as good!

The service in the store was excellent. The advisor, Neil, was very helpful and fully knowledgable of the products in store. He gained a very good understanding of my needs and advised on a number of options without ever pressurising me to one particular product. The sales process was very simple and efficient and the whole experience was completely hassle free

I found the salesperson Stanley to be extremely helpful. He was able to advise on the type of product we were looking for and explained the difference between several products we were undecided on such as pillows Their was never any pressure placed on us to purchase our product. He was very hospitable and made the shopping experience very satisfying.
