We needed help choosing what mattress would be best for us and the shop assistant Stan explained each type of mattress and gave his opinion before leaving us to have a look and test them out. A very friendly service and not too pushy like some sales assistants can be. Once we knew what we wanted the order was put through very quickly and all in all very pleased.

I TOOK MY MOTHER OF 72 INTO THE STORE AS SHE HAD BEEN COMPLAINING OF ACHES AND PAINS FROM HER PREVIOUS MATTRESS. THE SALESMAN WAS REALLY HELPFULL EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US BOTH. THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATTRESS AVAILABLE ETC. WE WERE SO SUPRISED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THE SALESMAN PROVIDED US BEING 2 SINGLE LADYS SOMETIMES WE DO NOT GET GOOD VIBES FROM SALEMAN. WE WERE EVEN OFFERED A COFFEE OR TEA . OF WHICH WE DECLINED AS WE HAD JUST HAD 1 BEFORE WE LEFT OUT. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WE HAD WAS 10/10. WE CHATTED WHEN WE LEFT THE STORE AND BOTH AGGREED THAT WAS A VERY HAPPY AND INTERESTING SHOPPING EXPERENCE 1 WHEN HAVENT HAD FOR A VERY LONG TIME. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DREAMS. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WE HAVE COME ACROSS IN A LONG TIME.

The assistant was extremely helpful and did not push me to buy anything he was very polite and knew his products well

Promptly greeted by sales person and asked us if we needed any help. He explained different types of mattresses to and left us to try out each mattress. No pressurised selling. A pleasant store to shop.

The assistant was extremely helpful, the bed we chose was on the shop floor needing to be cleared to make way for new. He managed to get us a very good deal.

The salesman was very helpful, amusing and polite. We were told all the options available to us and the sale was speedy but efficient.

The member of staff (Stan) was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We weren't rushed at all and he was highly attentive to our requirements during no our visit. He made a mean cup of tea!

Before entering the store I was very nervous going in your shop to buy as I have had bad experiences with sales people in the past. However I shouldn't of been nervous as I had a fantastic experience from start to finish this time. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Stan who took his time to find out my needs and explained the various types of beds and pillows you have in store. He even offered me a coffee whilst the finance was going through he is a real credit to your store as he made buying a bed a wonderful experience rather then a generic target hitting sale.

salesman had good knowledge and gave good advise did not push for sale very refreshing.

Dreams staff was absolutly amazing.. they asked us if we need help and where they will be if we needed any information, we went in bensons for beds before that and it felt like you had to buy something.. had alot of pressure in there but in dreams it was perfect! Couldnt fault any of the staff.. i highly recomend coming to dreams!... good night... sweet dreams...
