Dreams - Southend

I've always used Dreams for all our beds over the past 20 years. Your customer service is always second to none. Never pushy (which I hate), but always a friendly face willing to help when requested. Your delivery service is always reliable. If I have any qualms, I do feel that if your delivery guys are being paid to put one bed together, it should be a standard price, not for each bed.

We were very highly satisfied with shopping at the dreams store at southend airport it was a really pleasurable experience being served by alex whom explained everthing to a very high standard i would certainly shop here again we were made extremely welcome and so nice to be served with a lovely hot coffee !!

The gentlemen on the floors understood their wares,the service was highly professional, the confidence made you feel like buying more and felt sorry for ourselves and finances could not allow it.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received, the assistant gave us a full description of the bed we should be looking for as I told him I have a bad back, he gave us very good advice and information of what bed would be better for us, very polite and helpful.

The salesman approached us and pointed out some very relevant information (colour codes and explained them) he then did not hassle us and as soon as I was ready to proceed he was very helpful in answering a few questions, I have purchased from Dreams previously and providing delivery is as promised I will do so again

Absolutely brilliant service from Alex at Southend Airport dreams. He is very knowledgable about all products which made it easy for us to choose a bed. I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams largely due to the sales assistant Stanley. He was extremely knowledgable, approachable and friendly and instantly put me at ease at what was a slightly nervous experience as never purchased a bed and mattress for myself and wanted to get it right. I was extremely impressed with how he explained / described the product and established what I was after. The tone and speed of his voice instilled confidence in my buying decision. My only gripe was that I couldn't get the bed delivered before Christmas.

Stan from Dreams, southend on sea was outstanding, he was so good with his knowledge, manners and processing my order we returned to buy another bed from him.
