The sales assistant Stanley was very knowledgable about the products and helped us to make a decision.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products but not pushy. He was always available but not in our faces.The colour coding of the beds was very helpful and the offer of a hot drink on a cold day was also welcome.

We knew exactly which product we wanted before this visit as on a previous visit we spent quite some time with an assistant who explained all the different types of mattresses available and was very helpful in guiding us to choose the correct mattress for our needs. We saw a different assistant on this visit but his knowledge was just as good and we were able to complete our purchase with everything explained in clear terms.

Very Satisfied with the service and advice given by Stan at Southend branch near the Airport. Also Phoned him up the next day as I had to alter my delivery No problem Stan phoned me back with a choice of delivery dates.

My wife and I wanted a new mattress and had researched a number of possibilities, so we were fairly confident of our purchase. However, our salesman - Stanley was brilliant. So knowledgable and friendly that we found ourselves considering other options. Not only did he offer us a cup of tea/coffee each, but juice for my two children and a mince pie and some chocolates! He encourage us and the kids to try both the bed we were considering and others and even went above and beyond by having the store display re-arranged to allow us to try a mattress we were considering on a flat base, not on a bed with slats which made all the difference. We also, following his advice and encouragement purchased two memory foam pillows to go with our new memory foam mattress. We entered the store envisaging spending approx £500 and came out with finance on purchases over £1,000! A great salesman and an asset to the Dreams Southend team.
