Friendly knowledgable staff but also left us alone to discuss our needs.

The store was very busy and I had my 2 year old grandson and they made me a cup of tea and my grandson a drink to they was all very helpful as We waited our turn we was very happy with service .

A warm welcome as you walked through the door and was advised that help is here if required

I wandered around the store, observing the different products. I was approached by a sales man, i explained my needs, and he advised 2 different products that would be suitable, i was advised to lay on the mattress to get the feel .i selected which mattress i wanted, then did the paperwork and paid, the whole process took about 12 minutes.

Salesman, delivery men and all store staff were excellent

Could not fault the service and friendliness of all the staff. Also nice hot drink to enjoy while order being placed.

The store asistent who's name was Stan at the Southend airport retail park, was very helpful and knowlegable in the products you had, and the type we were looking for. He also offered us refreshments in the way of a cup of tea, and got us to try different types of bed, by laying on them with different types of pillows, this was very helpful to us when making our choice of bed. Very good sales man and a credit to your company. We are both looking forward to the arrival of our new bed/tempur mattress.

Stanley was very friendly and helpful. He explained the benefits of the mattress we chose and was not too pushy as we wandered around.
