The staff were very friendly and organised.

We were shown beds that were suitable for our requirements, the difference in the types of mattresses was clearly explained enabling up to make the right choice for our needs. The salesperson was friendly and helpful.

We knew what we were looking for, the store was quiet and upon enquiring, we were escorted to the appropriate products (mattresses)and given some private time to consider the options. After choosing the desired mattress, the sales person was on hand promptly to complete the sale. A very good all-round sales experience - no waffle and no time wasting.

I was looking for a comfortable mattress to replace the mattress I bought from you several years before I wasn't hassled when I walked into the shop but welcomed to look around .the gentleman that served me dealt with me professionally and courteously, and showed an understanding of the products he was selling. I was also offered a coffee on my arrival at the store.

Yhe Sales Assistant, Stanley, spent time with me in order to ensure that I bought what I wanted. He carefully explained my various options. Thoroughly satisfied.

The staff were friendly and I was able to order my new mattress straight away, however, I was disappointed at the amount of time that it takes to get my new mattress made and delivered. If the mattress is as comfortable as it felt then the wait will be worth it!

The colleague who helped me was very patient, our first visit I had my three children with me, and he was brilliant with them, whilst still speaking to myself and my husband about our requirements, when I returned he was brilliant from start to finish, could not have been more helpful!

Alex served us, he listened to our needs and guided us through the range. He was very patient and not at all pushy. Allowing us to make our choice without feeling pressurised an excellent shopping experience.

No hard sell, we were given plenty of time to try lots of different mattresses and make a decision. Also really liked the idea of the 40 night mattress exchange, gave us peace of mind
