Neil was extremely knowledgeable, helpfuly and friendly. He listen to what our requirements were and helped us make a descion but without pressuring or doing any 'hard selling', brilliant service.

Was dealt with my Paul who was brilliant - whole process was speedy and we were never rushed to make a decision.

Stanley attended to us in a timely manner,listened to our requirements and went on to explain all the options,testing each product without any pressure to make a quick decision. He then left us to evaluate everything we had seen and heard and had no problem making a decision.

We were greeted by Paul who was friendly. Asked if he could help and we told him what we were looking for. He highlighted the beds he thought would suit us and kindly left us to try them out. He offered tea and coffee, which we accepted and was grateful for. He wasn't pushy at all. He made us feel welcome and we didn't feel any pressure at all. After much discussion between us and laying on the bed for at least 20 mins and trying out different pillows and toppers we selected what we wanted.

Was greeted by a gentleman called called Stanley at the Southend on Sea store he very helpful and gave us all advice we needed while we was filling in the paperwork and for the payment to go though Stanley made us a coffee and chatted I would recommend dreams to all friends and family also would tell them to go and see Stanley our bed being delivered on the 9 th Feb can't wait now

Given advice by a very friendly chap, only waited 5mins to place order, in and out of store in 10/15 mins, great store , thank you to all staff

We were served by Paul in your Southend Store. I can only liken the service we received like the John Lewis experience. Superb. His knowledge of the products helped us to make our decision. He was there when needed, kept a distance but knew when to come back and help us. Not pushy at all, which is what we were expecting. He was superb.
