Dreams - Southend

The assistant was very helpful. We explained I had a very bad back and we needed storage also, plus we needed one that lifted up, but light to operate as we are in our seventies (not a lot of strenth) The assistant (Paul) was extremely helpful. He frequently asked if we would like a tea or coffee.

Neil was friendly and helpful when placing our order. He didn't do a lot of sales pitch, more assisted us with a decision we had already made!

We were served by Alex who listened to what we wanted and was more than willing to spend time showing us the products he thought would be suited to us, helping us slowing reduce the choices to come up with the best solution for us.

My wife and I were made to feel welcome which made us feel at ease and relaxed. The assistants name was Stanley and he offered us tea and coffee on arrival. We wanted a new mattress to replace an old one we had bought a Dreams a number of years ago. The colour coding arrangements made the process very easy and Stanley was a fountain of information. To make matters even better the delivery was arranged for 3 days later and the mattress was delivered on time within the window the delivery driver specified. Overall a very pleasant and easy experience. Well done and keep it up.

We were very impressed and highly satisfied with the attention, knowledge and service we received from Alex. He offered lots of knowledge and information that was very helpful to us in choosing a mattress, he clearly and accurately identified our needs and showed us a variety of samples that would meet our needs and explained each one and how they were different to each other. I really liked the way Alex was there to assist rather than apply any pressure or hurry us. We considered Alex an expert in this field and was more than satisfied that we had purchased the right item for us. The customer service was excellent.

We had previously visited Dreams and the service we received from Stanley was so good that even though we couldn't afford to buy the bed at that time we said we would definitely go back. 6 months later we stuck to our promise and once again Stanley was so helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. We could have bought the bed online but felt that with all the work Stanley had put in explaining everything to us the first time that we felt a sense of loyalty to go back to him again. We are glad we went back because Stanley was there again to answer all our questions and explain everything to us. Fantastic customer service deserves to be rewarded.
