Very friendly staff and great knowledge to assist our needs

Employee greeted us, was very friendly. Allowed us to look around before asking questions. Advised us to use the electronic dreams bed system to determine the best mattress type for myself. Then showed us a variety of products that would be suitable before finalising our purchase. It was a great experience and we left with a bed and a mattress after just coming to have an initial look.

Paul who helped us was highly professional from start to finish. We loved the sleep test to best determine our needs in terms of the types of mattress available. There was no pressure to upsell although the benefits of higher.peiced items was explained.

Kelly was fantastic and identified the most suitable options for me. She obtained approval for extra warranty which she did without me asking.

Kelly was really helpful, she went through a couple of options that suited what I could afford. Very patient and went over everything again. It was very hot in the store and Kelly provided water for me and my daughter.
