Very efficient service and advice

We were greeted as soon as we started to look in the store and asked I we needed help. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the dream technology to help us with our selection. We also ended up purchasing two of the Cloud pillows as well as we were using sample ones to layout onthe beds. Easy to order and delivery was in a suitable time. The store was spotless and encouraged us to browse.

Paul at the Southend store was very helpful and explained about the mattresses we were looking at. He explained about the test bed and how it worked which then narrowed down the search required for the type of mattress we needed.

Upon arrival was greeted and asked if we wanted help, which we accepted. We had our profiles measured and shown the beds best suited for us. Very friendly staff.
