The sales assistant Paul was very pleasant,helpful and knowledgeable,and gave us a cup of coffee while we spent time choosing a bed that suited us. Also giving us a pillow to try when trying out the different beds. All in all it was a satisfying experience purchasing our bed at dreams.

I was shown a number of products and encouraged to try them before making a decision. The level of service I received was incredibly high and almost felt like I had a personal shopper, which I must say makes me as a customer feel great.

I have just had a kidney transplant and my mattress was really uncomfortable, I went in and explained to the guy at the store about just having a kidney transplant and that I would like something my comfortable he spent ages with us helping us and even made us a coffee I felt very welcomed in the store the guy called Alex was very understanding with my situation and was so helpful

Very smooth transaction and assistant was extremely helpful. Got delivery when told and very happy.
