Dreams - Southend

No pressure sales, salesman allowed us to make an informed choice after us giving advice on various products. Impressed by quality of product (mattress).

We were very well looked after by stanley at southends dreams.we were offered a cup of coffee and explained about the range of beds available and to use any pillow we wished while trying the beds out.also the very swift deliverary date within 2days.

Tried all the mattress with help from store manager even gave us a pillow to use

Stan the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was in no way pushing and you felt very comfortable in dealing with him. He suggested we actually lay full length on the beds trying our differently laying positions, a good idea to experience the bed as we would actually use it.

We were helped by one of your staff called Neil. He is knowledgeable, polite and has a great sense of humour (rare to find). He has great customer service skils and I liked the fact he wasn't pushy and allowed us to decide by giving us all of the facts and prices. I would go back and buy a bed from him, thanks for all his help.

Very friendly sales staff - Paul (and Neil - I think) Very knowledgeable. Offered us drinks and even provided a bowl of water for our dog!

Good selection of products ,staff very helpful and understood our needs ,encouraged us to try different types of mattresses to help us make our decision.Explained the the different qualities and make up of the beds. Free delivery and collection of old mattress.
