The staff member I dealtvwith(Paul) was really friendly and helpful and went through everything. It was a much easier process to get the bed I wanted than I thought!

Stanley was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. Provided pillows and encouraged us to lay on beds to try them out not just sit.

The shop assistant (Alex) gave very good information on the product, we my wife and I, felt he knew the product very well and all the information he gave was very helpfull,. That helped to make our minds up to buy,hopefully we will both be happy with the purchase. I felt it was a lot to spend on a bed, but if the bed is as good as it sounds we should be more than happy.
