I think it was mainly because of Stanley who helped us. He greeted as as soon as we entered the store and attended to our needs. Once we finished he even offered us a cup of tea. We didn't however have time for that. Oh yes I think your firm has some method in their madness. You gave us a mattress cover for our old mattress to go into which is a nice point of health interest. The man who helped us(paul) was fantastic. We had an idea of what we were looking for bed wise but the mattress we were stuck as we didn't really know the differences between the ranges. Paul took us round and explained what each mattress was good for and gave us the 'proper experience' as he let us see with all the range of very comfortable pillows too! When it came to payment he explained all the prices for different sizes. He explained all the ins and puts of the different extras and insurances. He also offered my partner and I, and my inlaws a hot drink also before we got started on the payments which was a lovely touch! We even were all having a great laugh too! Very friendly people! Definitely an asset to your store! Would definitely recommed to friends and family! Thank you!

Paul answered all our questions and gave us time to think. He was very open and honest and pointed us to the beds that would be best for us. We were welcomed promptly and given all the options we needed in order to make the purchase the right for us. We were offered a hot drink while placing the order and walked carefully through all the payment options and terms and conditions. Even though it got busy later and he was the only worker in the shop, he ensured we were taken care of and saw us through the entire way with no issues. Paul was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy.

THE STAFF UNDERSTOOD OUR NEEDS AND GAVE US ADVICE RELATED TO OUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENT, I.E. SPARE BEDS AS OPPOSED TO DAILY USED BEDS, AND WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESS TO AVOID 'OFF GAS' EMISSIONS FROM THE MATTRESS.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, asked educated questions and gave informative answers to our queries. The staff did there best to make our purchase as easy and cost effective to our budget as possible

We were approached as we stepped over the threshold by a courteous salesman who showed us what we asked for, described the mattress advantages filled in the order and showed us the discount amount for buying a base and mattress together. All this was done with a smile and a friendly attitude.

I found there the be a good choice of styles and quality of products within one to be able to decide on a purchase with out the need to trawl through a variety of shops and retail parks. We were given more than enough information and time to decide which bed best suited our needs. I was very please with the service we received.

I was greeted at the door, offered refreshment and I was asked what I was shopping for and did I need help. Products were well signed/easy to understand and I was encouraged to try beds. Prices were well explained. I was given plenty of time and all my questions answered. Stanley was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, welcoming and professional. I was not pressured to buy. My shopping experience was thoroughly enjoyable and i left the shop having made a purchase and feeling as though my custom was valued
