Visited the store at Southend airport looking for a new mattress, plenty to choose from and friendly staff will be visiting again in a few weeks for a another mattress for our spare room.

The service was amazing. The member of the team Stanley was a great help and we didn't feel rushed into making a decision. Very professional and took his time explaining everything and even interacted with our little girl to make her feel comfortable.

From the moment my wife and I entered the store, we were made to feel very welcome by Stan at the Southend-On-Sea store. After we told him what we were looking for, he informed us of the colour code system, he offered alternative options, including cheaper and sale priced items, as well as made us both a cup tea and providing a quality pillow in trying out the beds. He clearly explained delivery, costs involved and the terms and conditions. Stan was kind, patient and courteous and made the time in store a very pleasant experience.
