Dreams - Southend

I spoke to one of your assistants on 0344 292 00 00 and told her that I thought that Stanley at your Southend Airport Branch was very professional and courteous, especially as I was there for nearly 1 & a half hours. I arrived at 9am this morning and tried out 4 beds! There was no pressure from Stanley and he took time to answer all my questions fully. What a Top Man especially as he had a sense of humour!! Thank you dreams........

Your sales assistant Neil was very helpful with understanding our requirements and making the right choice of bed for us. He was also very good in explaining our financial arrangements for purchase and delivery dates.

Very satisfied with the treatment we experienced. Also thought the staff member was very knowledgeable on the dreams products. Overall very pleased.

The salesman was very very helpful,didn't rush me. I was buying on behalf of my hubby who had a torn ligament and couldn't come along so was difficult for me to choose the right one.rob and Neil were so pleasant to deal with and didn't have a problem with my dithering.they were very patient with me and explained all the products I tried out. Would definatly go back if I needed another bed.neither of them pushed me to buy certain beds so made it a great visit to dreams.

We were greeted by Stanley, he was very professional and consultative in his approached he made my wife and I feel very welcome and were offered two hot beverages, Stanley gave us relevant facts to help us choose the correct bed, he insisted that we have the mattreses try and he went above and beyond to ensure there was a comfortable pillow on each mattress we tried. We were so impressed that we made a purchase on the titanium T3, we opted for The nature's finest mattress and went for quality. We were so impressed we stayed longer and too made a purchase on a fabulous wordrobe. Even our children were kept entertained. You should be very proud of Stanley as he is a brilliant consultant.
