Dreams - Southend

Having been online and knew what I was looking for, I found the chap I saw was very clued up on what I wanted but applied no pressure and showed me lots of other options

The guy who served me was extremely attentive and helpful

Paul was very helpful and knowledgable- not too intrusive.

Nothing was too much trouble & the assistant was very helpful.

We visited 2 days running and the salesman Stanley remembered all our details from the previous day, which you would think would be hard due to the time we visited on the Saturday and Sunday. He offered us drinks on both days and again when we sat down to order. He wasn't a pushy salesman and we spent most of the time having a laugh as he took interest in us as well as our needs, even giving us different pillows to try, which we were purchased as they were so comfortable.

I was approached by paul who i found very knowledgeable and very helpful , we spent about 45 min and i found the bed of my Dreams. I would recommend Dreams to all my friends

Assistant was extremely helpful and considerate. Made us very comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the product. He went out of his way to ensure things went well.

Alex served us in store - he was extremely helpful in finding us a bed to suit our needs. He knew what he was talking about, offered us guidance and was extremely friendly - not a pushy salesman at all which was much appreciated. Callum and Shaun delivered the bed - outstanding service. Both took their shoes off at the door (without being asked) and were very friendly indeed. Both also washed their hands before unwrapping / touching our new mattress. 5* service

There was no pressure to buy a bed and he didn't lose interest when I told him I only needed a Bed Frame and not a Mattress to go with it

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff - we were greeted, offered a drink and a pillow to use.
