Helpful salesman, good attention and help.

So sorry can't remember the most helpful and friendly young gentlemen that helped us yesterday 15th may at Southend airport industrial estate,we needed a 4ft 6 mattress asap for our daughter and was really impressed with the service so thank you Heidi Wadsworth

The salesman was very efficient in directing us to the appropriate items. He had empathy and was friendly but not too familiar.

The professional manor we were dealt with from entering the shop to buying our bed and the knowledge of your salesperson very impressed with the whole experience, we had been to several other bed shops and the difference is incredible, the way you train your staff certainly works and we thought your beds were value for money compared to the other shops.

The store colleague gave us his complete attention from the time we entered the store to the moment we left. We then returned a few minutes later and he was as attentive then as he was during our first discussion. He pointed out all the special offers and encouraged us to try out our purchases thoroughly before purchasing. He was pleasant, courteous, jovial but professional during the time we were with him. We are very impressed with the level of after sales service we have been offered. All in all - a very pleasant shopping experience.

Your sales person very help full, polite and did not mind how much time we spent without pushing.

Friendly helpful sales staff and a good choice of beds and mattresses

I hadn't purchased a new bed for sometime. Not only was the old one creaking I was also having problems with my left shoulder blade my doctor thought likely to do with my sleeping position. Stanley's first action was a grab a Tempur pillow for me to test on each bed I tried. Immediately I knew a had to purchase the pillow as it will help my sleeping position. I also had no idea when I was in store when sort of bed (soft, medium or firm) I would require. After 30-40 minutes trying different beds I just knew the soft Tempur was the perfect complement to the pillow. I was not expecting to pay more than £500 when I entered store but by spending £1200 on a quality pillow, bed & mattress made by Tempur I am certain I will sleep much better than I have been. Most importantly sleep will be improved by the pain in my shoulder blade receding and so improving the quality of my nights sleep. Thank you Stanley and thank you Dreams.

I visited Dreams to buy a single bed and mattress, I didn’t have a budget in mind, the most important thing was comfort to replace a bed some years old. I had a bad back left shoulder blade which a doctor had diagnosed was down to a low old pillow. Stan the assistant made sure I had a decent pillow (Tempur) to use whilst trying different beds. I didn't know whether I would need a firm, medium or soft bed.
